By accessing or using RBS WithYou ERP services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including customers, administrators, and end users within customer organizations.
RBS provides cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions designed for small and medium enterprises. Our Services include:

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.
Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours with advance notice when possible.
RBS retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services according to these Terms.
You retain ownership of your data and any intellectual property you had before using our Services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by RBS without restriction or compensation.
We warrant that the Services will perform substantially in accordance with our documentation under normal use conditions.
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.
We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Services.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we will provide you with an opportunity to export your data for a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account.
